Chef Cheryl Wixson, MOFGA’s Organic Marketing Consultant and Resident Chef, will talk about her research on Maine’s ability to produce a balanced, year-round local, seasonal, organic diet for its 1.3 million residents – a blueprint for Maine food independence.
